Common Requirement Across All Roles
- 5–12 years’ experience in BPR/Process Consulting with proven industry expertise.
- Skilled in process modelling (Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, Signavio) and frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Value Stream Mapping).
- Strong stakeholder management and change adoption skills.
- MBA/PGDM preferred; Lean Six Sigma certification desirable.
